Do I need equipment?
You can do this challenge with bodyweight one (beginner) or add dumbbells (intermediate). Both options work!
I am not sure if this is appropriate to my level. How can I find out?
The Challenge is delivered as follow along videos.
The instructor starts each interval of work with a beginner’s version and then progresses to an intermediate level.
You can pick your variation of each exercise as you go.
I am super busy. How long will it take me?
The challenge takes less than 10 minutes to do daily.
The actual workout is between 5 and 8 minutes.
