I joined the group classes to prevent back injury and increase my abdominal/core strength. At first, I thought the MetaFit class was very difficult, but that was because I hadn’t exercised in so long. Coach Elizabeth is encouraging and provides individual tips for optimal body positioning along with the group instructions. Explanations about the flow of the training are helpful for motivation and pacing. Now I am more aware of my posture and feel that my core has improved.
