“The yoga classes (well all the other classes too) are great! Instructors have great teaching styles and I enjoy the use of aromatherapy and therapeutic adjustments during in person sessions. In light of the pandemic, classes have been made available online and they are both great at using their voices to guide you through flows when your have can’t necessarily be on the computer screen to feel the flow. The class times vary enough that I am able to fit 2-4 yoga sessions into my schedule each week!”
