I started taking yoga classes to add as a part of my routine during quarantine, and it’s made such an impact in my life! I have not practiced in a few years and for the first time in many years, I feel present in my own body. It’s a 55-minute flow that surprisingly gives you quite the workout! It’s tough, but good and much needed. They have you in poses that are not your usual chill yoga poses, but such interesting poses myself and my roommate have not done before that make you stretch and tone parts of your body you were unaware of. I’m also practically falling asleep by the end because it’s so peaceful. I LOVE IT! I look forward to it every Monday and Wednesday!!! My body is thankful.
