Metafit HIIT
Metafit is a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) class that utilizes bodyweight only. Each workout lasts 20-25 minutes total (excluding) warm-up and cool-down). It’s a non-choreographed workout that requires participants to work for short intervals at maximal intensity in a big range of motion.

STRONG is music-lead interval training combining high intensity moves with perfectly synced music tracks to motivate and push you further. Expect to burn calories while toning your arms, legs, abs and glutes with plyometric or explosive moves interchanged with isometric moves like lunges, squats with no equipment!

Sub30 Core™
Sub30 Core is a bodyweight only core program that is both intense and extremely well balanced to challenge all your core muscles. With each workout lasting between 20 and 30 minutes, you will strengthen your abdominals and back muscles in no time. Accessible to all levels with variations and options, Sub30 Core is going to be one of your favorite parts of your bootcamp class!

Dumbbell Bootcamp
This class is designed to help build muscle strength and endurance as well as improve your cardio. This class includes circuit training, cardio exercises, dumbbell exercises and finishers with core training and stretching for a complete workout.
This class is a high volume (reps), low resistance (Dumbbells) workout with short rest intervals and is geared primarily at improving muscle tone and definition, while improving cardiovascular fitness. Due to COVID19 restrictions, our Bootcamp class focuses on individual or team challenges that respect the state’s social distancing guidelines.

Power Abs & Glutes
Our Power Abs & Glutes class are designed to activate and properly engage your abdominal, back and “glutes” muscles. Particularly well suited to office workers who struggle with imbalances and a weak core, this class will enhance your muscle tone and strength while also improving your posture. General core conditioning improves posture, which contributes to a trimmer appearance. You will need to bring or purchase a mini or loop band for this class!

Yoga Flow
Warming Vinyasa Flow utilizing the power of breath and igniting the spirit. Find a deeper connection between your mind and body. Your instructor presents the asana through alignment-based and energetic-focused cues that intend to increase awareness of how our body feels in space and, even more importantly, how we feel within our bodies. This class is beginner-friendly; “slow flow” wherein, slow does not necessarily mean easy, but more accessible to yogis of all levels.

Midday Yoga
Our 30-min online Midday Yoga class is the perfect flow to refresh body and mind.
No need to change into your exercise or yoga clothes, you won’t be working a sweat. 🙂
This gentle and effective flow will give you energy to power through the rest of the day!

Yoga Sculpt
Yoga Sculpt is an intermediate high-intensity, dynamic yoga practice that incorporates resistance interval training and cardiovascular exercise into traditional yoga sequences. For optimal results, make sure you have small weights (1,2,3 lbs) and a loop band for this class.

Meditation

Yoga For Runners
Yoga for Runners is a stability- and mobility-focused class for walkers, runners and athletes of all levels. Your teacher uses traditional yoga poses and explains the purpose behind each pose so you know exactly how they benefit you. Every class includes brain/body connection work and strength work for the feet/hips/core. This class creates a framework of strength and stability on the mat that translates to a stronger physical and mental framework on the trail. If you’re injured or want to remain injury-free, consider this the perfect cross-training class. Yoga for Runners is about sustaining your running practice and ending your workweek right with a stress-relieving yoga practice.

Power Yoga
A morning Power Yoga experience: You will begin class with a meditation and a few gentle warm-up stretches and then quickly dive into some more dynamic, challenging moves – where classic asanas will be held or repeated to get the juices flowing!

Zumba®
Everybody and every body! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on. Zumba takes the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.

A functional training session geared toward increasing your muscular strength and endurance, stability and balance for more stamina and energy in your day to day life!
