Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsweetened soy milk (or other milk)
- 1/3 cup old-fashioned oats
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 table spoon hemp seeds
- 1/4 cup frozen berries (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, haskap, etc.)
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients in a sealable container. Refrigerate overnight. Enjoy in the morning!
