This event includes a 55-minute stretch and sound bath class followed by a private shopping hour at Columbia Sportswear in the Del Monte Shopping Center.
This experience is perfect to relax the body and mind and find renewed energy, range of motion, and focus for the week ahead (and why not start holiday shopping in advance with some nice discounts!...)
Stretch from head to toe on your mat and bathe in the frequency of quartz crystal singing bowls to help you relax and encourage you to turn inward for a moment of reflection.
