Whether you want to jump start your training routine or need to take your fitness to the next level, we’ve got you covered.
Each of our packages include a 90-minute initial assessment with a certified trainer to discuss your goals, training background, injuries and health history. Exercise prescription needed from your physician or physical therapist will be determined during your assessment.
Our team of personal trainers will help you filter through all of the information and marketing hype regarding training and fad diets (and there’s a lot of it out there!) and help you develop strategies to overcome challenges and avoid obstacles. We’ll teach you how to eat to support your activity level and lifestyle so you can make lifelong healthy changes.
